it wasn’t watching the harbour light show while dining at nobu or checking out the 360 city vista from victoria peak that i’ll remember most about hong kong…it was a stroll around the temple street night market. it’s a cacophony of busyness. street food chefs luring custom, scruffy shop dogs yapping at passers-by, stall merchants selling CDs, socks, watches and anything else you can slap a price on. on the way through the market, this alley caught my eye. like the area, the urban decay is poetic through a traveller’s lens.
